A Place in the Landscape

Interior Design
Along the Israel National Trail, the walking experience is shaped by the continuous encounter between the individual, the path, and the landscape. The project proposes a place for hikers based on principles of self-organization, allowing for a variety of uses according to the hikers’ changing needs. The place is embedded within the topography, follows the contour lines, and creates a continuous relationship between movement, rest, and the local landscape as an integral part of the walking experience.
