open circle

Design for Technological Environment
In today’s reality, as reflected in the media and in public discussions, group discussions often become arenas of power and confrontation, leaving little room for genuine listening. Open Circle is a system that reflects the dynamics of a conversation in real time through subtle visual feedback, encouraging participants to regulate their own behavior Inspired by principles of deliberative democracy and the Quaker tradition, the project is based on the understanding that decision-making is an emotional, social, and ethical process, not merely a rational one. The proposed system analyzes the dynamics of the discussion in a non-judgmental way, creating conditions for a more balanced, aware, and thoughtful dialogue.
