From the perspective that the physical environment is an integral part of the healing process, the project proposes a sensitive and supportive design based on the conscious use of natural light, color, and materials as tools that regulate the experience and contribute to a sense of calm and security. The proposed space offers an innovative environment built around a design language that is not associated with a hospital, with the aim of improving the patient’s experience both physically and emotionally, while also encouraging social interaction.
