How does an established commercial space become the beating heart of the city? A renewal project in Kiryat Motzkin presents a new architectural model: a multi-generational community-commercial center that breaks down the barriers between consumerism and social life. Through a precise integration of commercial functions and public gathering spaces, the design addresses the unique needs of different age groups within the same environment. The result is a complete transformation of the center—from a place strictly for shopping and errands, into a vibrant urban hub designed to encourage daily interaction and foster genuine connections between generations.
